The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is the conducting authority of Joint Entrance Examination JEE Main Result 2018 which is the largest engineering entrance exam in the country at the undergraduate level. JEE Mains Result 2018 offline exam (Paper I & II) were held on April 2. JEE Mains Result 2018 online exam (Paper-I) will be held on April 8 and April 9, 2018, for all eligible and interested applicants. The admit card is available in online mode from March 14, 2018. The application form of JEE Mains Result 2018 was available from December 1 until January 16, 2018,  The JEE Mains Exam Date Results 2018 will be declared by CBSE on April 27, 2018. This year, there will be no weight age given to the Class XII marks while computing the JEE main exam date 2018. Candidates will now require a minimum of 75% in their Class XII (65% for SC/ST) or be in the top 20 percentile of their states to be eligible for the admissions to the NITs, GFTIs and the IIITs which are participating in the common counseling through JoSAA. Students belonging to Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Uttrakhand, Nagaland, Odisha must also appear for JEE Mains Exam Date Results 2018 to avail admission in their respective states. JEE Main Rank List 2018

JEE Mains Result 2018 CBSE will be announcing the result of JEE Mains Exam Date Results 2018. All of the applicants who participate in the engineering entrance examination will be able to access their result on the internet through this website www.jeemain.nic.in. The scores of the applicants will be published in the result of JEE Mains Result 2018. The status of those applicants who have qualified for the second stage examination i.e, JEE Advanced 2018 for IIT admissions, will also be released. The applicants are to note that the results will not be sent to them individually.

The rank list of JEE Mains Result 2018 will be released by the Joint Admission Board (JAB) on April 27 along with the result. The All India Ranks of the applicants will be announced through the rank list. The normalized scores of the 12th standard examination will not be counted anymore for the decision of the ranking. A new methodology will be used which will soon be announced by the authorities. The State Ranks, Category wise Ranks, and Subject wise Ranks will also be published online. JEE Main Exam Date 2018

JEE Mains Result 2018 acts as a gateway for applicants into the various prestigious engineering institutes of India. The participating institutes of JEE Mains Exam Date Results 2018 include 31 National Institutes of Technology (NITs), 20 Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs) and 19 Government Funded Technical Institutions (GFTIs). Some of the states like Haryana, Nagaland, Uttarakhand, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Odisha also offer admissions to undergraduate engineering aspirants in their respective colleges on the basis of JEE Mains Result 2018 scores. Some of the reputed private engineering colleges also offer admission based on the JEE scores.

The JEE Mains Result 2018 answer key from leading coaching centers like Resonance, Allen Kota, Akash, FIITJEE, etc is now available. The Answer keys for all sets of the question paper is now available. The official answer key of JEE Mains Exam Date Results 2018 of both Paper I and Paper II, however, will be published by CBSE from April 18 to April 22, 2018. The applicants will be able to use the answer key to cross check their answers with the correct responses. This will give the applicants an idea regarding the scores they might secure before the actual release of the official result. The answer key will be announced for each set of the JEE Mains Result 2018 question paper. The applicants will also be able to challenge the answer key till April 22, 2018. 

JEE Main Rank Predictor 2018

After successfully completing the JEE Mains Result 2018 examination, the applicants will be able to check their probable ranks before the official results by using JEE Main Rank Predictor 2018. By submitting the requisite details like expected scores, category and more, the estimated ranks of the applicants will be calculated. A personal profile will also be generated through which the applicants will be able to shortlist the names of the colleges which will be open for admission based on their ranking. The applicants will have to note that the estimated ranks may not be 100% accurate.

 The cutoff of JEE Mains Result 2018 will be announced by CBSE which will consist of the closing ranks or minimum scores that all applicants will have to obtain to be eligible for JEE Main Rank Predictor 2018. If the applicant is not able to meet the cutoff then he/she will not be allowed to move forward to the next stage of the admission procedure into the IITs.

 

 

The Joint Entrance Examination 2019 Main was conducted NTA on belf of CBSE from 2019 onwards. The JEE is an entrance examination for the IIITs,NITs, CFTIs. The 12th class Students who willed to appear in the JEE 2019 must meet the Minimum Pass percentage in their Class 12th overall exams.

JEE Main 2019 Results were now declared on the official website of National Testing Agency here on January 31, on the official website. To check JEE Main 2019 Paper 2 results for BArch admissions, candidates will need their JEE Main 2019 Application Number and Date of Birth/Password. Highlights of JEE Main Result 2019

NTA will be releasing JEE Main results 2019 and score card for both the papers – Paper 1 and Paper 2
The agency will declare the exam result for only those candidates who have appeared for either Paper 1 or Paper 2 or both the papers

Unlike last year, normalization process will be used to determine JEE Main results 2019

JEE Main 2019 result and score cards for candidates appearing for both the exam sessions (January and April) will be declared on April 30 along with the rank list. The NTA scores for JEE Main 2019 Paper-1 for the first as well as second attempt will be merged to compile the exam result and prepare overall JEE Main 2019 merit list. The best of the two NTA scores will be considered for further processing.

How to calculate JEE Main Result/Rank?

JEE Main 2019 results will be determined through the process of normalisation. The exam will be held on different days and sessions, thus, some candidates might end up getting an easy paper while others might have to answer a tough JEE Main 2019 exam paper. To make sure that no aspirant benefits or is at a disadvantage due to this, the process of normalisation will be adopted to determine JEE Main 2019 results and ranks. NTA will rank students on the basis of the percentile score obtained in the exam. This percentile score will be calculated as per a pre-determined formula.

The percentile scores for the Total Raw Score for all the four sessions as calculated in the above step will be merged and be known as NTA scores. This will then be used for compilation of result and preparation of overall JEE Main 2019 Merit List / Ranking.

NTA Declares JEE (Main) January-2019 NTA Score. The first JEE (Main) Examination was conducted by NTA between 8th and 12th January, 2019 in two shifts per day across 258 cities in the country and abroad. A total number of 9, 29,198 candidates were registered for Paper –I (B.E. /B. Tech.) in this examination. There were 467 examination centres across the country and abroad. A total number of 566 Observers, 254 City- Coordinators and 25 State Coordinators were deployed at these centres to oversee the smooth and fair conduct of examination. The Paper-I was conducted in a total of 8 shifts from 9th to 12th January 2019. The results of Paper- I have been declared on 19 Jan.

NTA Scores are normalised scores across multi session papers and are based on the relative performance of all those who appeared for the examination in one session. The marks obtained are converted into a scale ranging from 100 to 0 for each session of examinees.

The NTA Score indicates the percentage of candidates that have scored EQUAL TO OR BELOW (same or lower raw scores) that particular Percentile in that session.
